●STEP 3: Learn Our Syringe Type. ▼
Syringes and Needles are manufactured separately. Syringes and Needles can be sold together or separately. We list their specifications below for your learning. Our regular products are: 1- Syringe 1-1- Disposable Syringe (Traditional, No Safety Mechanism)

●STEP 5: Confirm the Price Terms. ▼

Normal terms: 1- Currency: US Dollar 2- Incoterms: FOB Shanghai Port 3- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Each item has its MOQ and listed in the file, or One (1) full 20'/40'/40HQ container loaded quantity(items should less than three) 4- Large order quantity We do accept and prefer normal order quantity. We don't like the huge order quantity at one time, because it will occupy our capacity and have bad influences on our long term business relationship. If your order quantity is large, please ask us first to separate it for partial shipment. We will provide Proforma Invoice independently for each separated order after you accept. 5- Price adjustment: For customers who have paid the deposit, the order quantity and price will not change. We will also try our best to maintain price stability. But we also reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to dramatic changing factors such as raw materials, freight cost increases, exchange rate fluctuations in the future.
●STEP 6: Delivery Guarantee ▼ (Syringes and Needles)
1- Capacity: 60 million pieces per month per shift. 2- Lead Time: After receiving the deposit and drawing confirmation, products will be completed in about 50-60 days. But 1mL Syringes reach 90-100 days recently. 3- Shelf Life: 5 years=60 months will be the freshest 4- Delivery Place: Inside the original factory address (EXW) or the seaport warehouse (FOB). 5- Shipping documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin 6- Penalty: The buyer can propose a penalty plan in advance (Including insufficient, mistake items, false documents…), and we believe that we can achieve the delivery guarantee.
●STEP 7: Quality Assurance ▼
1- Inspection report: Our inspection report which is according to the ISO standard and issued from original factory manager. 2- Third-party inspection(Optional): Support third-party inspection, such as TUV, SGS, charged by the customers' cost. But if the product fails to pass the inspection, the third-party inspection fee will be borne by our company. 3- Traceability management(Optional): Support customers to specify their own LOT/batch number and help establish a complete traceability management system. 4- Acceptance Quality Level(Optional): If customer needs a special acceptance standard, please inform us in advance before placing the order, and both parties should have confirmed and agreed.
●STEP 8: Payment and Logistics Terms ▼
1- Principle T/T: T/T 50% deposit in advance, T/T the rest balance before shipment. 2- Letter of Credit (L/C): L/C at sight is acceptable, but an extra handling fee of USD970 USD per order is required. 3- Shipping Method and Freight: In the past, this product was shipped by sea. But we only can provide the shipping freight 10 days before shipping because the recent lack of containers and congestion in the sea shipping. 4- Air transport and express delivery: We don't recommend this way because it's very expensive. But, if you truly need air transport or express delivery, we can help to quote the charge after you provide the destination city and Zip/postal code.
●STEP 9: Manufacturing Qualification ▼
We think this is the basic. 1- Legal Letter of Authorization We are a manufacturer group, here is our notarized Letter of Group Declaration and Letter of Authorization, and also can issue you the Letter of Authorization to let you distribute the product legally. 2- Qualification Documentation: Includes ISO13485, CE, Free Sales Certificate, (USA) FDA Registration and Listing, and PMN 510(k), and (Taiwan) TFDA OEM product license. 3- Intellectual Property Rights and Patents Please be acknowledged that for articles, pictures, trademarks, and patents involved in product transactions and manufacturing processes, all the intellectual property and patents are always completely owned by the seller. The buyer only enjoys the right to "use product only", and if it involves infringement of IP rights or patents, the buyer shall bear all related losses or expenses that may be caused by the foregoing actions.
